Our first stop was to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. It's America's largest home, and was built in the late 1800's for George Washington Vanderbilt. The house has 250 rooms, and originally had 125,000 acres that comprised the estate. The home is now open to the public. If you want to learn more about Biltmore, or how to visit, visit their website here. America's most visited winery is Biltmore's winery located on the grounds of the estate. We visited that too, but don't have any pictures.
