Into the interior of Oahu. Up State Road 99, which is the Kamehameha Highway, you'll find the Dole Plantation. This is the pond of koi that they have there. There are thousands of fish swimming in that one spot of the pond. Since all the fish want the food that you throw in, they all gather in the same place.
