From beneath the water, by helicopter, and even by plane, you'll see parts of Hawaii you didn't know exist. You'll see a canyon that looks like the Grand Canyon. You'll see a giant sea turtle underwater. You'll see waterfalls and rainbows by helicopter, along with the coast of Hawaii. You'll see one of the best bays in the world, Haunuma Bay, by traveling beneath the water to swim with the fish. Also see Pearl Harbor, and the city of Honolulu. Other Facts: The eight largest islands in the chain, starting from the south, are Hawaii ( Big Island ), Kahoolawe ( Uninhabited ), Mauai, Lanai, Molokai, Oahu ( Most Populated ), Niihau ( Private Island ), and Kauai ( Garden Isle ). There are 137 islands in the chain. `Iolani Palace, on the island of Oahu, is the only royal residence in the United States. There are only 13 letters in the Hawaiian alphabet: A, E, H, I K, L, M, N, O, P, U and W. Mt. Waialeale, on the island of Kaui, is the wettest spot on earth, receiving about 450 inches of rain each year.
